Since 1980 NoseCone has been part of the Australian Transport industry manufacturing, distributing and installing the NoseCone wind deflector. It is the leading and best value fuel saving device on the Australian market offering an average return on investment of between 3 and 9 months. The NoseCone name has become synonymous with aerodynamics on trucks and trailers since the first units fitted to Wards Overnighters and Discount Freight Express (now Startrack) in 1981.

 

Our quality production and fibreglass experience have led us to offer manufacturing services in a wide range of products using several composite technologies. From open mould spray-up to RTM and Closed Mould Infusion systems we can offer cost effective quality manufacturing backed by a pattern and mould making shop, all in house.

Lotus Elise S2 Splitter

In addition to the motor home and camper parts already produced, we have started production of a splitter panel for the Lotus Elise S2 sports car.     (see pictures)

The 2008 Nosecone models are released.

The new product line of 2008 Nosecones is released. Seven entirely new models are now available, enabling Nosecones to be fitted for practically all applications. (See them HERE)

 

Oct '07

4-metre iCinema domes installed

Installlation of five 4-metre domes is completed for the Department of Mines.

 

Sep '07

6.5 metre "Skymapper" dome

As a continuation of our success in the field of dome manufacturing, we are selected to produce the 6.5 metre dome for the Australian National University's new "Skymapper" telescope at Siding Springs Observatory.

 

Aug '07 

4-metre iCinema dome production starts

Following on the success of the 3-metre iCinema domes, production is started on 4-metre domes.
