In addition to our own production requirements we offer a high quality manufacturing service to select customers. We offer secure mould storage for parts in regular production. Manufacturing processes include open mould gun layup, detail work hand layup, resin infusion by CCBM (closed cavity bag moulding) or light-RTM (resin transfer moulding). We have a wide range of experience in most types of parts from truck aerodynamics to wastewater treatment components.

In 2003 our production staff won the Employers First, Team of the Year Award. It was our privilege to nominate the fibreglass production team for a terrific year and to recognise their achievements in production and teamwork. The $20,000 prize, split equally between them was a well-deserved bonus for a crew that rose to all that was asked of them in that year and still continues to make our company unique in this industry. This followed a great year in 2002 where a great team effort saw the presentation of the Winnebago Supplier of the year award. |
