Caravan & MotorHome magazine have done a followup article and test to their original in 2008 with even
better results. An amazing 17% fuel saving was achieved on a 6 cyl Falcon. This is certainly exciting as the comments again refer not only to fuel saving but stability, tow-ability and reduced effect of oncoming vehicles. While we are familiar with these results on box trailers, trucks and other vehicles, the application here and the results from both fuel and safety aspects is excellent.  |
